Are your trainers genuine?
Yes. Everything is authentic and inspected by hand before it's listed. Box, labels, stitching, materials, shape, sizing tags and smell. If we're not certain, we don't sell it. See our authenticity page for the full process.
What sizes do you use?
All footwear is listed in UK sizing. EU and US equivalents are shown on each product page.
How long does delivery take?
UK Standard is 2 to 4 working days. Express is next working day when ordered before 2pm. Everything ships tracked. Full details on the shipping page.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery as long as it's unworn, in its original packaging with tags, and the shoe box is undamaged.
Do you buy or trade pairs?
Yes. If you have deadstock or rare pairs, send the model, size and photos via the contact page and we'll come back with a price.
Can you find a specific pair for me?
We can try. Tell us the model, colourway and size and we'll let you know what's possible.
