Shipping
All orders are sent tracked from the UK.
- UK Standard (2 to 4 working days): £4.99, free on orders over £100.
- UK Express (next working day): £7.99, order before 2pm.
- International: calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Returns and refunds
14-day return policy. You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a credit refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags and the shoe box undamaged.
- Please don't stick shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box.
- Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Collectibles
Any pair over 5 years old is sold as a collectible. Materials such as foam midsoles and glues age naturally, so these pairs should be worn at the customer's own risk and are not covered for wear-related faults.
