Authenticity
Every pair passes a hands-on inspection before it's listed: box and labels, stitching, materials, shape, sizing tags and smell. Pre-owned pairs are graded honestly and photographed as-is. If we're not certain it's genuine, we don't sell it.
Delivery
UK Standard (2 to 4 working days) £4.99, free over £100. UK Express (next working day) £7.99, order before 2pm. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day, tracked.
Returns & refunds
14-day return policy. Return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a credit refund. Shoe boxes must be undamaged, so please don’t tape labels directly to the box.
Collectibles. Any pair over 5 years old is sold as a collectible. Materials age, so these pairs should be worn at the customer’s own risk.
